Biography
Dr. Lauren Holley was raised in Brisbane, Australia, where she completed her veterinary degree at the University of Queensland. She was always interested in large animals, particularly horses, and it was here where her love and passion for internal medicine grew. After graduation in 2019, Lauren relocated to the United States where she completed an 18-month rotating internship at Rhinebeck Equine in New York. She continued to learn and grow under the incredible team at Rhinebeck Equine, gaining skills in reproduction, surgery, anesthesia, sports medicine and field medicine. Most importantly her love for internal medicine continued to grow under the guidance of Dr. Laura Javsicas and Dr. Courtney Pope. Lauren has a keen interest in respiratory and neonatal medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, skiing and any outdoor adventure. She has a love for travel and trying new things (especially food) from different cultures and places in the world.
