Dr. Embree graduated from the University of British Columbia, earned his Doctor in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan and completed his internship and residency at Cornell School of Veterinary Medicine. With 20 years of lecturing experience, Dr. Embree is the current Course Director for Food Animal Medicine, Bovine Procedures Lab and the Ambulatory Medicine rotation for veterinary students at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. Dr. Embree also educates the dairy clients of Tufts Veterinary Field Service on dairy management and production topics, as well as residue avoidance in food products. In his free time, Dr. Embree enjoys horseback riding, hiking mountain tops, canoeing and has been involved with the Boys Scouts of America for 25 years.
