Dr. Gabrielle Fontes was born and raised in Rhode Island. She moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 2012 and received her Bachelor of Science with honors from Northeastern University in 2017. She earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University in 2021. Dr. Fontes is elated to stay at Tufts for her Small Animal Rotating Internship. Her professional interests include surgery and feline medicine. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys snuggling her twin orange kittens, Ginny and Molly, and spending time with her family.
