Dr. David Conway is a resident in the Emergency and Critical Care Service at the Foster Hospital for Small Animals at Tufts University. He is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and has been working in various capacities within the veterinary field for the past 10 years. He received his Bachelor of Science with honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2014, completing programs in Zoology and Neuroscience. He earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine with honors in 2018 from The Ohio State University. Prior to starting his residency, he completed a 1 year rotating small animal internship at Michigan State University. Dr. Conway is passionate about urethral obstruction in cats, Greyhound medicine, acute kidney injury, multimodal analgesia, and sepsis. In his spare time, Dr. Conway enjoys spending time with his retired racing Greyhound named Goose and watching his beloved Cleveland sports teams.
