Dr. Karah Burns is originally from Rochester, NY and moved to Massachusetts in the spring of 2016 to complete her rotating internship at Tufts. She then stayed on as a resident in small animal internal medicine. Her specific interests include diseases that involve the gastrointestinal tract, the liver and the adrenal glands. In her free times she enjoys traveling, watching the Red Sox, quilting and spending time with her fiancé, Patrick. Together they have two small dogs, Dolly and Frenchie, and three cats, Ziggy, Mya and Pickles.
