Affiliations

Dr. Jaime George is a 2015 graduate of UC Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine, where she pursued the Wildlife/Zoological Medicine Stream, which included several wildlife/zoological externship (Tufts Wildlife Clinic). She was active in the Wildlife and Aquatic Animal Medicine and Behavior Medicine Clubs and assisted with research on an ongoing Mountain Lion conservation project. Prior to her veterinary career, achieved her Masters degree in Biological Science with a focus on Conservation and Behavioral Ecology, studying the critically endangered Kangaroo Rat and the Monarch Butterfly. She also worked with several raptors, including a Golden Eagle and a Great Horned Owl while working at an outdoor school. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, hiking, native berry picking, and exploring New England.
